JobsAssist Grant Funding
CondonTreasure is proud to be accredited as an approved service provider to deliver the Queensland state government’s new JobsAssist program. Government grants of up to $8,000 are available to eligible Queensland businesses for the provision of our business development services.
Many businesses and their owners have personal and business goals but are unsure of how to reach them. CondonTreasure’s own business consultancy division, Rise Business Professionals works to bridge this gap by providing to business the tools combined with the guidance in implementation of strategies and solutions to attain these goals.
This program allows us to perform a diagnosis and assessment of the key issues impacting on your business and to develop an action plan to help you create strategies and activities which improve your business model.
The grants are essentially being awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis until the funding runs out therefore we encourage all eligible businesses to secure themselves this service as early as possible.

Queensland has moved towards a preventative approach to job losses, focusing on helping businesses to be resilient through job creation and economic growth.
This relatively new program from the Queensland Government is providing the funding for Queensland businesses who have 10 or more full time equivalent employees and who work within the supply chain to a targeted industries.
Available support
Support is provided in two stages:
- Stage 1 consists of a $3,000 grant for the diagnosis and assessment of the key issues impacting the business and to develop an action plan to create strategies which will improve business performance.
- Stage 2 consists of a further $5,000 funding to engage a consultant to assist with implementation of the priority tasks identified in the stage 1 action plan.
Eligibility criteria
The JobsAssist grants are available to businesses which have an established operating base in Queensland, employ ten or more full time (equivalent) employees, possess an Australian Business Number (ABN), are registered for GST and fall within one of the key industry sectors listed below
- Liquefied natural gas
- Food Processing
- Aviation/aerospace
- Defence
- Information and communication technology (ICT)
- Advanced manufacturing
- Marine
- Biotechnology
- Therapeutic medicines and devices
- Environmental and mining technologies and services
- Creative industries—including architecture, visual arts and design, entertainment, publishing and print media; advertising, graphic design and marketing
- Tourism
- Alternative and renewable fuels
- Wine
- Aquaculture
- Fibre composites
